Our city centre office
Some things are easier to say in a room with another person. Our Limerick-based counsellors offer face-to-face sessions from Windmill Court Office Suites on Summer Street in the city centre. The same 50-minute sessions, the same accredited counsellors — simply in person.
Prefer to start online and move to in-person later? That's fine too. Plenty of our clients do exactly that.

Paid on-street parking is available on the surrounding streets, and the Courthouse Car Park is a short walk away. We're also close to the main city centre bus routes.
The office is wheelchair accessible, with no steps or obstacles between the entrance and the session room.
Monday to Friday, 9am–10pm · Saturday and Sunday, 10am–7pm.

Can't get into the city? You don't have to.
Most of our clients choose online counselling — the same counsellors and the same 50-minute sessions, over secure video from wherever suits you. If you're anywhere in Limerick city or county, therapy can fit around your day rather than the other way round.

Fees
Straightforward pricing
A standard 50-minute individual session is €80, whether in person or online. Adolescent sessions (ages 13–17) are €90 and couples sessions are €100. Your first session is a €40 introductory session, so you can see whether we're the right fit before committing to anything ongoing.
