Our 12-week framework gives therapy a clear path, stabilisation, assessment, intervention, consolidation. Not rigid, but not aimless. Most clients see measurable improvement within 9-12 sessions.

Every session respects your pace. No pressure to disclose, no pushing into difficult material before you're ready. You set the speed; your counsellor creates the conditions.

What Integrative Means

One tool is never enough.

Therapists who only offer one modality, CBT, say, or psychodynamic therapy, tend to use it for everything that walks through the door. It's not their fault; it's what they have. But not every problem responds to the same approach.

Our integrative therapists train across several modalities and learn to recognise which approach fits which moment. CBT for the practical work of breaking anxiety cycles. Person-centred therapy for the relational healing that comes from being genuinely heard. Psychodynamic exploration for understanding where a pattern came from. Mindfulness for regulating a dysregulated nervous system.
