Every Mind Healing Counselling programme uses the same evidence-based framework, structured enough to deliver measurable outcomes, flexible enough to be individualised to your story, values, and pace.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1-3

    Stabilisation

    Establish emotional regulation and present-moment awareness through grounding techniques. Focus on symptom reduction and building foundational coping skills to manage acute distress.

  2. 02

    Weeks 4-6

    Assessment & Formulation

    Conduct a comprehensive psychosocial assessment to identify maladaptive patterns in relationships, occupational functioning, and decision-making. Collaboratively develop an individualised treatment plan aligned with patient values and therapeutic goals.

  3. 03

    Weeks 7-9

    Intervention & Skill-Building

    Implement evidence-based interventions (CBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-focused approaches) to strengthen adaptive coping mechanisms, enhance resilience, and address core presenting issues in alignment with identified values.

  4. 04

    Weeks 10-12

    Consolidation & Relapse Prevention

    Review therapeutic gains, develop personalised relapse-prevention strategies, and establish sustainable self-management practices to support long-term psychological well-being and functional independence.

Clinical outcome: Measurable symptom reduction, improved psychosocial functioning, and enhanced capacity for independent emotional regulation.
